Hi, I'm Alli

I'm a product designer currently at Poe, where I design growth and core product experiences for AI-powered chat. I'm drawn to fast-moving, collaborative environments and love working at the intersection of product thinking, systems, and craft.

Previously, I worked at Five9, designing AI-driven customer support tools and modernizing complex enterprise workflows. Prior to that, I was the only designer at Pathlight, shaping zero-to-one product direction and helping define how design contributed to decision-making across the company.

I studied Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington and recently moved from San Francisco to New York after spending most of my life on the West Coast. Outside of work, I'm usually oil painting, taking pottery classes, skiing with friends, or gathering people around a hot pot dinner.
